Training Details

This training will take place all day on Friday November 12th on the 12th floor of the Jack T Stephens Spine Institute. The training is broken into three hands-on sessions, which build on the participants skills. Experienced users can feel free to attend only the sessions that are of interest to them.

The first session covers remotely connecting to a Linux server and manipulating files from a command line.

The second session covers editing and creating basic shell scripts to allow multiple tasks to be performed.

The third session covers executing jobs on the actual HPC cluster.
